Crepes

One most simple dessert is crepe,  a mixture of egg,  flour,  milk,  butter,  bit of salt and sugar. Almost similar ingredients with pancake only thinner,  cooked on non stick frying pan and  result in thin layers. 

Fill it with fruits,  custard,  chocolate cream, sarikaya,  with a touch of nuts and caramel or butterscotch sauce and whipped cream makes a delightful experience on your palate...  Having it warmed up serve with ice cream,  just simply perfect for dessert,  you'll love it,  yumm
